Recommendations

Customers and Sales Revenue

Recommend prioritizing the online video rental service launch and marketing  budgets in key countries (India, Turkey, Mexico, Indonesia, China, and the U.S) and then expand to other countries.

India also brought in the highest revenue of $6, 034.78 and has highest customer count. Turkey, Mexico, Indonesia, China, and the U.S. have high-value customers.

Genres and Ratings

Suggest boosting content in movies of  top genres (Sports, Sci-Fi, Animation, Drama, and Comedy) and rating (PG-13) through partnerships, refining the library and limiting films in lower-performing genres (Classics, Children, Travel, Music and Romance) and ratings (G).

Average Rental Duration

Average rental duration: 5 days. Introduce special discounts or free coupons for rentals exceeding 5 days during the initial 3 months post-launch might attract more customers.
